Reciclados La Red by Veolia is an authorised non-hazardous waste management service provider registered under number GRU 47 in the Special Administrative Registry of the Andalusian Regional Government’s Department of the Environment.

Strict compliance with current legislation is one of the main pillars of our company’s operations.

• Act 7/2022, of 8 April, on contaminated wastes and soils.
• Decree 73/2012, of 22 March, approving Andalusian regulations on wastes.

Our entire industrial process scrupulously adheres to all legal regulations in effect in Spain and the European Union concerning the recycling sector and, specifically, to those concerning plastic wastes.

Our close compliance with and respect for these regulations is one of the keys to our success. This has prompted us to obtain ISO certifications in the areas of both quality (ISO 9001:2015) and environment (ISO 14001:2015), and we are pioneers in obtaining the AENOR traceability of plastics and recycled plastic content certificate under UNE-EN 15343. In addition, to being a company approved by the ECOEMBES Integral Management System.
